Case Studies : High Performance vs Low Performance Teams

The case study method will be used to allow individuals to identify what a “High Performing Organization” looks like, versus a “Low Performing Organization” as well as the utility of teams, missions, and outcomes.  Participants will examine how sample cases grew from poor performing organizations to high performing organizations and case studies (from Ford Motor Company to Apple Computers) will focus on how to organize a program so that it is in line with strategy and outcomes set by the organization.  A number of materials will be provided to discuss both company strategies and organizations.  

Thematic Questions Include:

1. How do the reading materials impact your view of your management/leadership style?

2. How do the concepts of Mission, Teamwork, and Outcomes impact each other?

3. How is your site organized when it comes to collecting/organizing/analyzing data?
