Strategies and Insights from “The Institute of Personal Leadership” will be presented for participants to take a critical look at the decision making impact of their managerial style, by giving insight into how participants are interacting, managing, and motivating others. We will also explore the ethics of leadership and management, the sensitivity to manager acceptance/approval or rejection/criticism and the dangers of unethical language, tone, and behaviors and how best to avoid them.
Thematic Questions Include:
1. What motivational concepts do you apply?
2. Have you ever behaved in an unethical manner (i.e. yelling, screaming, and demeaning a subordinate? How will you curb this kind of behavior in the future?
